2024 Remodeler of the Year
Mike Pressgrove is the 2024 Æðµã´«Ã½ Remodeler of the Year. He is the founder of PDQ Construction, and has been a leader in the remodeling industry since launching his business in 2003. What started as a small operation has grown into one of Topeka’s top remodeling companies, known for its quality, safety, and customer care. Even during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, PDQ never slowed down, continuing to grow and deliver exceptional results.
Mike’s leadership style centers on respect and support for his team. He ensures employees receive top-tier training and the tools they need to succeed. That commitment has earned PDQ multiple “Best of Topeka” awards, including Best Bathroom Remodeler and Best Overall Remodeling Company.
Mike has been deeply involved with the Æðµã´«Ã½ (Æðµã´«Ã½), attending every meeting for nearly a decade and most recently serving as the 2024 Æðµã´«Ã½ Remodelers Chairman. He helped start a local Student Chapter and has since hired four students from the program. Mike also works with city officials to update and adopt new building codes.
He serves on several local and national committees and has been featured in Remodelers Magazine and local publications. Mike’s dedication to craftsmanship, mentorship, and industry leadership makes him a deserving recipient of the Æðµã´«Ã½ 2024 Remodeler of the Year award.
