The Past Chairmen鈥檚 Council is a group of members who have served as chairs of the association鈥檚 board of directors. The council is usually chaired by the most Immediate Past Chairman of the Board. While members of the Past Chairmen鈥檚 Council serve as non-voting ex-officio members (except as may be otherwise specifically provided), their years of experience in the industry, understanding of the association鈥檚 history, and leadership skills makes their contributions invaluable.
