The Management Team

Under the direction of Æðµã´«Ã½ CEO and President Jim Tobin, seven groups head up the many initiatives that our large, complex association addresses every day. The heads of each group and the chief of staff comprise the Æðµã´«Ã½ Management Team.

Geoff Cassidy, Chief Revenue Officer
Geoff Cassidy is the chief revenue officer at Æðµã´«Ã½ and leads all efforts to bolster non-dues revenue. This includes the Convention Operations team that over oversees the planning, exhibit sales/service, logistics and management of the flagship Æðµã´«Ã½ International Builders’ Show® (IBS). This group also administers the Leading Suppliers Council and its signature projects, The New American Home and The New American Remodeled Home, showcased at IBS.

The Business Development and Sales team seeks new business and sponsorship opportunities, including affinity programs; and maintains relationships with companies that support our councils, boards and committees.

Æðµã´«Ã½’s Meetings & Events team oversees numerous important events, conferences and leadership meetings.

Dr. Robert Dietz, Chief Economist
Dr. Robert Dietz is the chief economist at Æðµã´«Ã½, leading an economics team that provides detailed analysis of the home building industry. The Forecasting and Analysis staff generates the Æðµã´«Ã½ housing/economic forecast to provide builders a clear view of market conditions. The Survey Research team produces the Æðµã´«Ã½/Wells Fargo Housing Market Index, as well as other surveys that take the pulse of the industry. The Housing Policy Research staff publishes analysis of tax and other legislative/regulatory policies to support Æðµã´«Ã½’s advocacy efforts, including estimates of the economic impact of home building.

The group’s research reports and daily analysis via the blog positions Æðµã´«Ã½ as the industry intelligence leader.

Meghan Everngam, Chief of Staff
Meghan Everngam serves as chief of staff to Æðµã´«Ã½ CEO and President Jim Tobin. In this role, she facilitates the implementation of the Æðµã´«Ã½ Strategic Plan and serves as staff liaison to the Association Planning Committee.

Stacey Harris, Chief Human Resources Officer
Stacey Harris serves as Æðµã´«Ã½’s chief human resources officer, and is responsible for all employment-related issues for the association, including Æðµã´«Ã½ staff benefits; diversity, equity and inclusion; and recruitment and hiring.

Paul Lopez, Chief Operating Officer
Paul Lopez is Æðµã´«Ã½’s chief operating officer, leading a diverse group that handles internal operations, communications and marketing initiatives, international outreach, and leadership support.

The Association Counsel manages all of Æðµã´«Ã½’s legal contracts for products, services and sponsorship.

The Communications & Public Affairs team serves as the link between Æðµã´«Ã½’s messaging and outreach with members, the news media and general public. The Information Technology staff manages Æðµã´«Ã½’s networking systems, databases, computers and software.

International staff works to attract global members and works with the International Housing Association, where Æðµã´«Ã½ serves as the secretariat. The Leadership Support team work closely with our Senior Officers on their executive duties.

Marketing & Brand Strategy leads all marketing and promotional efforts for Æðµã´«Ã½ products, events and services, including IBS, and manages the Æðµã´«Ã½ brand and logo requirements. Æðµã´«Ã½ Studios-Structure Productions is Æðµã´«Ã½’s dynamic in-house production team that creates captivating video to target audiences through a variety of platforms.

The National Housing Center Operations team oversees building contractors and tenants, and manages the facilities rental of building spaces.

Eileen Ramage, Chief Financial Officer
Eileen Ramage is Æðµã´«Ã½’s chief financial officer and leads all accounting services, including purchasing products and services, membership accounting and collecting payments due. The Financial Services team also manages Æðµã´«Ã½’s complex budgeting process, ensuring that Æðµã´«Ã½ leadership is always accurately apprised of the association’s financial situation and forecasts for future growth.

Melissa Voorhees, Chief Federation/Experience Officer
Melissa Voorhees is the chief federation/experience officer at Æðµã´«Ã½, leading the teams responsible for member recruitment and retention, member engagement, multifamily and workforce development.

The Member Services team supports members in targeted industry segments including remodeling, building systems, sales and marketing, 55+ and multifamily housing. This team also provides services for targeted member groups such as Young Professionals, Professional Women in Building and Associate members. The Business Improvement Programs team helps members manage their businesses more profitably through specialized programs and resources including business management, the 20 Clubs and Connect 10.

The Federation Services team delivers innovative programs designed to strengthen the local and state associations and develop their staff and leadership.

The Member Engagement and Learning team works collaboratively across the organization to enhance the member experience through diversified learning products and unique member engagement opportunities.

The Workforce Development team leads the association’s efforts to build the pipeline of skilled workers needed throughout the housing industry.

Ken Wingert, Chief Advocacy Officer
As Æðµã´«Ã½’s chief advocacy officer, Ken Wingert leads the joint efforts of Federal Government Affairs; BUILD-PAC, Æðµã´«Ã½’s political action committee; State and Local Government Affairs; Housing Finance; Legal Advocacy; and Regulatory Affairs.

These teams are responsible for advancing the interests of the residential housing industry at the local, state and federal levels of government. Staff experts analyze and develop policy and strategy recommendations on proposed regulations and legislation affecting all aspects of the housing industry.

The Legal Advocacy team also manages all litigation and appellate efforts to overcome government overreach that harms member business and home affordability.
